Default settlement window is seven days after verification before earnings become available.
Budget limit is a hard stop for new earnings creation. Event tracking continues.
High/critical fraud flags can move earnings to on_hold status.
Payout requests require an active payout account and no blocking open holds.
Platform-level fee percentages are configurable and may vary by contract or funding terms.
